Foreman & Leadership Training with Bruce Seilhammer:

This course prepares current and aspiring field leaders to effectively manage jobsite operations and lead construction teams. Participants will learn the differences between management and leadership, improve communication and decision-making skills, develop planning strategies, interpret contract documents and blueprints, manage resources, build productive jobsite relationships, and increase productivity. The course emphasizes leadership, accountability, safety, and best practices for successful project execution.
