Contractor Members Benefits
The Registry Service was designed for the IEC of Arizona member contractors. It is a tool for you, the employer, to view applications that have been submitted to the IEC office. Just log on to our website and when you have found an applicant, of interest, simply make direct contact for an interview. The employment ads are run and paid for by IEC.
The IEC of Arizona offers two 4 year programs:
PEP is offered to electricians with 5 or more year’s electrical experience in the field to enhance continuing education.

Complimentary Legal Consultations
Your IEC membership entitles you to free legal assistance from our attorney on retainer representing both Construction Law and Labor Law. Whenever you have the need, please call the office for more information.
Borrowed Worker Program
If you have a sudden need for manpower, must layoff or would like to loan people, let your IEC office know immediately. We will send a universal e-mail to all member contractors who often may either provide or accept employees. This can be a big help to all involved, please call us.
Home Depot Incentive Program
The Home Depot has announced a new incentive program that is exclusive for IEC members. All who enroll in this program receive a two percent rebate on all qualifying pre-tax purchases. In addition to the rebate for customers, The Home Depot will donate a half of percent of all of the sales in this program to the IEC Foundation.
